Beliefs get formed through habit of repetitive thought and feelings. Many of our core beliefs get formed in childhood based upon the meaning we give to certain events.

The actions we are prepared to take are always in alignment with the beliefs we have about ourselves and the world around us.

The actions we take (or don’t take) then effect the results we achieve. Our results create certain thoughts about ourselves and situation which in turn leads us to have matching feelings and emotions. The feelings effect our ability to take further action and the loop continues.
